This letter serves as an official statement of warranty of the Starter model 8200308-39mt manufactured by Commercial Tire Service Inc. We are committed to providing high-quality products, and as such, we offer a one-year limited warranty for this particular truck starter against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage:
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this period, Commercial Tire Service Inc will replace, at our discretion, any defective CTS Truck Parts starter model 8200308-39mt.
In the event we are out of stock of the starter model 8200308-39mt, a refund will be made for the amount of the original Purchase.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
-Improper installation or maintenance
-Accidents, misuse, or neglect
-Unauthorized repairs or modifications
-Normal wear and tear
Limitations:
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective starter. We shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
