30-Day Return Policy

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as you received it.

Some items may be excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons, perishable nature, or customized/personalized items. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer support for more information.


Return Process: 


Contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase to initiate the return or exchange process. You can reach us via phone, email, or our online contact form. Provide your order details and reason for the return.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization number (RMA), and provide instructions for returning the item.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include any accessories, manuals, or promotional items that came with it.

Ship the item back to our designated return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or if we sent an incorrect item.


Refunds and Exchanges: 


Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible, subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.


Exceptions and Conditions: 


If the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the item was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Any promotional items or freebies received with the purchase must be returned along with the main item. If not returned, their value may be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns received after the 30-day return window may be subject to a restocking fee or refused altogether.

  • Shipping destination: Within the United States, exclude the states of PR, AK, HI.
  • Shipping method: Standard Ground Shipping
  • Does not apply to oversize items or LTL truck freight items.
